It’s been almost three decades I have been travelling around the world. It is hard to say which world was better, the one I started with, or the one I am living in right now. The 1980s offered a much serene and picturesque view of the world that we lived in. Everything was pretty simple then be it communication, or travelling, or moving from here and there. I shifted to Bangalore during thosedays when it was just another simple city.
It was the 1990s that brought in a revolution with the IT surge that completely transformed the city and turned it into a replica of U.S. within a decade. Every other system and service suddenly became high-tech and customer oriented be it hospitality or taxi services in Bangalore. Commutation in Bangalore became specialized and taxi services got converted into specialized cab services in Bangalore.
